Get ready! Tampon Tuesday is just around the corner…

United Way of Saskatoon and Area and our labour partners are exciting to be kicking off our 6th annual Tampon Tuesday collection drive and we need your support to help make this our most successful drive yet!

The need for access to period products in Saskatoon and surrounding communities continues to grow. Each year United Way receives many requests from community agencies and school for pads and tampons and we are proud to be able to support these requests with your generous help.

Last year, you helped raise over $17,000 and collect nearly 2,000 packages of period products to help support 23 agencies, organizations, and urban and rural schools. Amazing!

We are asking for your support once again this year.

3 Easy Ways to get Involved

  1. During the entire month of March collect packages of pads and tampons with your friends, family and/or colleagues. Schedule a contact free collection pick-up by calling United Way of Saskatoon and Area at 306-975-7700 or emailing
  2. Make a financial donation online here and United Way will purchase packages of pads and tampons and distribute on your behalf. You can also mail-in a cheque to 100-506 25th Street East Saskatoon, SK S7K 4A7.
  3. Visit your local Shoppers Drug Mart store, including their new location in Warman, between March 7th and 20th to purchase packages of pads and tampons. Donation drop-off bins will be located at the front of the store for your convenience.

Don’t forget to share your participation on Facebook and Instagram and tag United Way!
