Family Service Saskatoon is an accredited, non-profit corporation. Its team, including social workers and psychologists, provides counselling and programs so that: families have the ability to solve problems without violence; families experiencing separation and divorce can transition through that change in a healthier way; people in parenting roles have the skills they need to foster healthy relationships; youth at risk make healthy life choices; and the community has access to culturally sensitive service. See http:// familyservice.sk.ca/programs/ for more information on all programming.
The board seeks to fill vacancies so that its members possess a broad range of skills and bring a diverse perspective to the needs in the community of Saskatoon.
