Position Title Inventory Coordinator
Job Description

The inventory coordinator is responsible for reviewing donation suggestions, updating item listings in MyTurn and following up with members regarding overdue items. They will also assist with inventory checks and facilitate item maintenance with the appropriate volunteers.

Skills Required Receiving email requests/questions using the designated email. Responding to donation offers and/or passing them along to the library coordinator(s) for unique items Refer to donation acceptance policy Create or update listing for inventory items as requested by the library Coordinator(s) Oversee/assist with inventory reports using MyTurn data Reach out to members with overdue items on a bi-weekly basis. Bi-annual physical Inventory check (this an easy to use feature through MyTurn.) Flag items for repair, and send maintenance request to Maintenance volunteer Reports to Library Coordinator(s) Expectations Hours per week are flexible, however an estimate is 1-4 hrs weekly. Ideally the inventory coordinator would be responsive via chat and email to respond in a timely manner to donation requests, using the inventory email request.
