Position Title Kids Help Phone – Event Committee Member
Job Description

BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk is a 5 km, family friendly event that takes place on Sunday, May 4th, 2025. All funds raised will go towards Kids Help Phone’s free services and supports offered to all young people in Canada, 24/7/365 from coast to coast to coast.

We are recruiting members to join our volunteer planning committee. Our expectations are as follows:
Meeting Schedule:​
Biweekly meetings: From now until March 2024.​
Weekly meetings: From March to May 2024.​

Participation:​
Attend all scheduled meetings and actively contribute.​
Come prepared with updates and ideas.​

Collaboration:​
Work closely with fellow committee members and Kids Help Phone staff.​
Communicate openly and respond promptly to messages.​

Commitment:​
Dedicate time and effort to ensure the event’s success.​

Skills Required Connections within Saskatoon community, willingness to reach out to local potential sponsors, assist with event logistics, recruit volunteers, etc.
