Job Description | Provide financial oversight for the Saskatoon Preschool Foundation Board of Directors. Ensure an annual budget is prepared and presented to the board members of SPF in November annually. Oversee the timely preparation of materials for external reviewer or compilation of the financial statements. . Present the annual review or compilation of financial statements at the Annual General Meeting . Review Financial Statements and management letter points with the reviewers. Provide support to the SPF Board in terms of long and short term financial goals. Provide support to the administrative staff member by reviewing monthly statements, responding to financial questions and ensuring all financial processes are appropriate. TIme required is approximately 5 hours a month. |
Skills Required | Expertise in auditing or financial reporting for non-profits is preferred. CPA designation would be preferred. |
