| Job Description | The Event Operations & Fan Experience Volunteer Crew supports Saskatoon Mamba home games and select team events across event operations, fan experience, activations, and merchandise support. This is a hands-on, team-first volunteer role where reliability, punctuality, and communication are essential in a live event environment with a limited number of games. Volunteer shifts are assigned based on event needs, availability, and overall engagement. |

You communicate clearly, come prepared, and understand that great events rely on people doing the small things well. You’re willing to jump in where needed, stay composed under pressure, and take pride in helping create a positive experience for fans, partners, and guests. |
