Family Literacy Volunteer

Parents and caregivers bring their children aged 0-5 years old to weekly programs that include rhymes, story time, literacy activities, and a separate parent session. As a volunteer at a program, you will help with set-up, meet and greet families, engaging families at circle time and activity stations, child minding, snack serving, and clean up. Programs are 4-12 weeks long, normally take place on weekdays either morning or afternoon, and volunteers are required to be there from 1-3 hours per week depending on the program and schedule.
